The information we collect

When you place an order, you give us the details we need to make it happen: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email, and the gift itself (the recipient's name, the delivery address, the governorate, the delivery date, and your gift message).

We also keep your order details, like the bouquet and the experience you chose, and the language you picked for your documents.

The number you gave us for the delivery address, and the recipient's email if you added one, kept so we can deliver the gift and send her the voucher.

Your reply to our message after delivery, if you send one, kept with your order.

For a Full Custom Experience, the price of the treatment the recipient chooses at the clinic, kept with your order.

Like most websites, we collect a little basic information automatically when you browse, such as your device type and general usage, so the site works well and stays secure.

When you send a gift to someone else, you confirm that you have the right to share their name and delivery details with us so we can deliver it.

For a voucher without a box, we keep the Recipient's name and WhatsApp number with your order, and the date you confirmed you have her permission.

How we use your information

To prepare and deliver your gift, and to bring it to the right place at the right time.

To call the number you gave us for the delivery address before delivery, so our courier can confirm the details.

To send you your order confirmation, your invoice, and your gift voucher by email.

To confirm your payment and keep your order moving.

To answer your questions and look after you if you need anything.

To keep a record of your agreement to our Terms of Service, including when you agreed and which version you saw.

We use her number only to send her this voucher. We send her one message, her voucher. We message her again only if she writes to us first.

Payments

We never see or store your card number. When you pay by CliQ, you make the transfer yourself from your own bank app, and we simply confirm it arrived.

When card payment is available, it happens on a secure page hosted by our payment provider, not on our site, so your card details never touch our servers.

Who we share it with

Our delivery courier, so they can bring your gift to the address you gave us.

Mismar Clinics, so the recipient can redeem the beauty experience on her voucher.

The trusted services that help us run the store, such as our hosting and email providers, who handle your information only to do their job for us.

Meta, in a secured hashed form only, so we can measure how well our own ads perform. We never send your readable details, and we never use this to advertise on someone else's behalf.

We never sell your information, and we never share it for someone else's advertising.

Some of these providers may store or process your information on servers outside Jordan. When that happens, we choose providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and advertising

We use the small files a website needs to work, like remembering your language. These are always on, and they are not used for advertising.

We also keep one privacy-friendly measurement file of our own. It holds a random, anonymous id and a note of which link or campaign brought you to us, so we can see how well our own channels work and measure a true, honest conversion rate. It has no personal details, it never leaves our own site, and we never share it with anyone, so it stays on like the necessary files above. It is separate from the advertising cookies below, which run only if you accept them.

With your permission, we also use privacy-friendly analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how the store is used and to see which of our own ads bring people to us. These load only if you accept them in the banner, and you can say no. If you say no, none of them run.

Separately, when you complete a purchase, we share a record of that order with Meta in a secured, hashed form (so your details are not readable) to measure how well our own ads perform. If you reached us by clicking one of our ads, that record also includes the ad click identifier from your link, in the same secured form, so the sale can be credited to the right ad. This is first-party measurement of a sale you made with us. We never sell your information, and we never share it for someone else's advertising.

If you reach us by scanning one of our printed Mismar Clinics QR codes and you have accepted analytics cookies, the Meta Pixel records that visit so we can show you our own ads later. This happens only with your consent, and never if you decline.

How long we keep your information

We keep your order information for as long as we need it to serve your order and to meet our legal and accounting duties. After that, we remove it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, at any time. Just call us or email us, and we will take care of it.

Children

Unordinary is meant for adults. The store is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will do our best to let you know.

Governing law

This policy and the way we handle your information are governed by the laws of Jordan, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 24 of 2023).
