Where we deliver

We deliver across Jordan.

When your gift arrives

You choose a delivery date, and that is the day we aim for. It is a target, not a guaranteed exact time. Our courier calls the number you gave us for the delivery address before arrival to confirm.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free in Amman. For other governorates, a delivery fee applies, and it is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

A voucher without a box is not delivered, and it has no delivery fee. We send it to the Recipient's WhatsApp number.

Helping delivery go smoothly

Please give a correct, complete address and a WhatsApp number we can reach. If we cannot reach the recipient or the address turns out to be wrong, we will contact you to sort it out together.

The gift voucher

The beauty experience comes as a voucher the recipient redeems at Mismar Clinics in Amman, using the code on it. The flowers are delivered across Jordan, and the clinic experience is in Amman.

Each voucher is valid for one year from the date of payment and can be redeemed once. After the treatment is carried out at Mismar Clinics, it cannot be used again.

The voucher has no cash value, and booking is subject to Mismar Clinics' availability.

Changing or cancelling an order

Changes or cancellation are free before we start preparing your gift.

Once preparation or delivery has started, we usually cannot cancel.

Refunds

Anything damaged, wrong, or undelivered, we remedy or refund.

A voucher already redeemed at Mismar Clinics is non-refundable.

Refunds go back the same way you paid. For a CliQ payment, that means back to your account, as quickly as we reasonably can.

For the Full Custom Experience, the down payment follows the same rules as any payment before preparation begins. Once the treatment has been chosen and priced at the clinic, the balance is owed for a treatment being given and is not refundable through Unordinary. The down payment is a minimum spend: if the treatment costs less, the difference is not refunded.

A voucher without a box follows the refund policy above, like every order. If her voucher does not reach her WhatsApp, tell us and we will take care of it.

If something is not right

Tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible, and we will take care of it.
