What we offer

Unordinary is a gift: a designed bouquet paired with a beauty experience at Mismar Clinics, delivered across Jordan. The beauty experience comes as a voucher the recipient redeems at the clinic.

You can also order the treatment as a voucher without a box. It is a digital gift voucher sent to the Recipient's WhatsApp number. Nothing is delivered.

Placing an order

You choose the beauty experience, then the bouquet that comes with it, add the gift details, including whether the gift is delivered to her or to you, and confirm. Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).

Your order is confirmed once we confirm your payment. Until then, it is reserved but not yet final.

When you order by phone or by message, our team reads these terms to you and records your agreement, with the date and the version you agreed to.

When you order a voucher without a box, you confirm that you have the Recipient's permission to share her WhatsApp number with us. We use the number only to send her this voucher.

Our team approves each Full Custom Experience order before the voucher is sent, and may decline it. If we decline an order, you owe nothing.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar. You pay by CliQ: you make the transfer from your own bank app, and we confirm it on WhatsApp and on your order page.

When card payment is available, it happens on a secure page hosted by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

The Full Custom Experience is sold on a down payment of 100 JOD, paid with the order together with the delivery fee. The down payment is a minimum spend and is credited against the treatment the recipient chooses at Mismar Clinics; if the treatment costs less than the down payment, the difference is not refunded. The balance is the clinic's normal price for the chosen treatment less the down payment, and it is owed by the person who placed the order, paid by CliQ to Unordinary before the recipient leaves the clinic. We message you the exact balance and show it on your order page.

For the Full Custom Experience as a voucher without a box, nothing is paid when you order. The price of the treatment is set at Mismar Clinics when she chooses it. You owe that price, and you pay it by CliQ after the clinic records it.

Delivery

We deliver across Jordan. Our courier calls the number you gave us for the delivery address before arrival to confirm the details.

The delivery date you choose is the day we aim for, not a guaranteed exact time. To help us get it right, please give a correct address and a reachable WhatsApp number.

The gift voucher

The recipient redeems her beauty experience at Mismar Clinics in Amman, using the code on her voucher. The flowers are delivered across Jordan, and the clinic experience is at Mismar in Amman.

Each voucher is valid for one year from the date of payment and can be redeemed once. After the treatment is carried out at Mismar Clinics, it cannot be used again.

For the Injection of Her Choice experience, she picks her treatment at the clinic. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, and booking is subject to Mismar Clinics' availability.

A voucher without a box is valid for one year from the date we confirm your payment. For the Full Custom Experience, it is valid for one year from the date our team approves the order.

Treatments and your health

The beauty treatments are for adults. Suitability is confirmed in a consultation at Mismar Clinics, and some treatments may not suit everyone.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, or you have a question about a refund, please see our Refund and Delivery Policy and reach out to us. We will always try to help.

Using the site properly

Please use the site fairly. Do not try to break it, misuse it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Unordinary name, logo, words, and images are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Our responsibility

We put real care into every gift. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for things outside our reasonable control, such as a delay caused by a wrong address or by events we cannot prevent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any matter relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jordan.
